Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.

I went to this firm to help me with a medical case however when I got a call back from one of there solicitors he insisted it wasn't a good enough case which is fine he is of course more informed than me however he wasn't interested in hearing more about the case than the brief description he was given. He then dismissed me and everything I was saying with a very rude manner. Needless to say I've taken my business else where and managed to find a firm willing to help me.
All I can say is if you want to use this firm then do so at your own risk. Other than that have a nice day.

Excellent Service from Matthew James, Outstanding Fast Communication on my sale & purchase's, Matthew has worked hard putting things together & negotiating with all sides, I recommend him on property sales & purchases. Matthew is based at the Lee On Solent Branch in Hampshire, Very fair fees too.
