Sold a property with this solicitor. Never great customer service. They then sent £180,000 to the wrong bank nationwide instead of Natwest who our mortgage was actually with. Another issue that needed sorted has been ignored with no response. Very expensive service with incompetent staff.

terrible company - receptionist is rude, obnoxious and after calling back for a solicitor she accused me of being a salesperson selling something - I asked for her name to report her and she kept hanging up - do not touch if you want to be dealt with any kind of respect! STAY AWAY - RECEPTIONIST IS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT, DONT BE GREETED LIKE THAT.
