Appalling communication.. even when you do get communication from them, its bordering on rude.. all they think about is money...

Customer services is dreadful

I'm an estate agent and had the pleasure of dealing with Deborah Birchall and Emily Wood on a particularly tricky file for all of us. I found their proactiveness, efficiency and level of communication to be exemplary at all times. There's no way we would have been able to get to completion without their diligent and tireless efforts. I deal with a large number of solicitors and good service like this is becoming increasingly hard to find. They're both a credit to the company, and I'd recommend their services to anyone who would listen!

Review for Jack – Outstanding Solicitor:
Jack helped us with three separate and fairly complex matters: buying the freehold of an existing house, selling that house, and purchasing a different property.

What could have been a straightforward process was anything but. The overall timeline stretched to around 11 months due to historic legal issues going back eight years, previous errors (by other solicitors) and failings by other solicitors, an incredibly difficult buyer’s solicitor, and a total of five different solicitors involved in the sale alone.

Throughout all of this, Jack was consistently calm, supportive, and reassuring. He took quick, decisive action when it mattered, communicated clearly, and never made us feel like a burden despite the complexity and length of the process. His professionalism and steady approach made a genuinely stressful situation far more manageable, and we had complete confidence that he was on top of things at every stage.

We genuinely don’t think the transactions would have completed without his persistence and competence. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack again in the future and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a solicitor who is thorough, proactive, and unflappable under pressure.
