Great solicitor and was pleased with the service received. The ladies I dealt with on email, both called Alison, were all brilliant too. Prompt responses. The only downfall was they were hard to get through to, often just ringing and ringing. They also didn't call back each time they said they would.

What a wonderful experience I had with Carla Coulstock - her grasp of the stressful situation I was in and immediate help offered and support and actions were second to none. She went above and beyond to help and it paid dividends although the fee from Caswell Jones was significantly greater than expected - they’re certainly not the cheapest - but in my opinion Carla was worth every penny and a true asset to the company / can’t praise or thank her enough.

Carla was recommended by a family friend. Was all last minute as my previous employers told me I needed a solicitor to advise, view and sign my severance agreement. Rang Carla late on Friday afternoon and saw her Monday at 4pm. She had my email what I had and got straight to work and then fitted me in to make sure it was sorted before Christmas as this had been going on forever. Grateful for her time and effort as she highlighted missing parts and got it sorted for me. Professional, quick and kept me updated.
