I have been to C.Rose before and it was bearable. This time my young daughter needed docs notarised and this would have been a good experience for her. This was a big mistake. Grump from Snow White was there and he did not tell her to email the original doc to C.Rose. Worse still he was late to the meeting and when she could not understand his pronunciation, trying to tell her his email address. He concluded the meeting. It was an unpleasant experience for her. No surprising then that we went elsewhere and the other Notary was knowledgeable. This new notary sent us detailed emails on what was required, when and why. The new notary was also chatty and welcoming. Whatever you do do not sing Heigh Ho its off to work we go when your at C.Rose!

Thankfully there are hundreds of solicitors in north London/Middx,
so avoid this firm. Unprofessional, and bullish. The Client is last person they 'take instructions' from, preferring to inflame matter to ensure costs.
