I had a great experience with Capper & Jones during my recent purchase. Heather and Vicky handled the conveyancing professionally and kept everything moving, even when there were a few complexities to work through. Communication was clear throughout and I always felt informed on progress. I’d also like to thank the reception staff, who were consistently helpful and friendly whenever I called. Overall a very professional service from start to finish and I would happily recommend them.

I couldn't recommend Capper&Jones more highly. Heather and Vicky really went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my first home. I was clueless about the process and they explained everything clearly to me and really guided me through each step. I was overwhelmed when looking for a solictor as there are so many out there but I was recommend these and can see why.

Well maybe if you put as much attention and effort to your conveyancing practices as you do to these ratings, your clients wouldn't have to come to look for information to the party who isn't using your services.

I do not recommend this business and would advise anyone to pick a different company if they want an honest opinion.

We were waiting 8 weeks for the initial contract pack, for a houses sale. It took so long that even our solicitors were asking US why is there no contact with these solicitors.

Their client is messaging us (the buyers) to get any informations as they aren't kept in the loop, and our solicitors have to be contacting the very end of the chain from the sellers side for any updates.

No communication means you're not reliable simple as.

I am leaving this review here until they prove us different.

We were very happy with this company. In what would usually be a stressful time selling and purchasing a property, the staff at Capper & Jones fully explained every process and any reasons for delays to us. This helped keep us updated and ready for exchange. We can’t thank them enough. The transition on moving day ran very smoothly all thanks to the hard work put in leading up to the day. Everything fell in to place and that was down to the professionalism and hard work that went on behind the scenes whilst we were packing! I won’t hesitate to use this firm again.
