I’m really disappointed with the service I received. After several attempts to get in touch, I was often ignored or avoided. On 22nd February, we agreed to proceed with my enquiry regarding a new lease and business transfer, and I was assured the matter would be handled. Unfortunately, despite this agreement, there was no follow-through.

The landlord’s solicitors tried to make contact multiple times but received no response. I was also told I would get a call the next day, which never happened. Even when I tried calling again, my calls went unanswered.

Overall, this experience felt like a complete waste of time, with no real service provided. I would strongly recommend others look for someone more reliable, professional, and respectful when handling important matters like this.
