Our house move tale, like a few, wasn’t straight forward and had we instructed lesser solicitors that Claire and Jan I would now have a big mortgage, a pile of bricks and no way of being able to own the land my bricks were sat on. It is only because Claire is as meticulous and thorough as she is that the issues with our purchase were highlighted, presented honestly and the legal advice explained in laymen’s terms that we were able to make the correct decision. I believe if we had been represented by a big law firm where staff turnover was high, we’d have been fobbed off and left floundering. It’s Claire’s name above the door and she clearly takes that very seriously. She won’t be rushed and she won’t do half a job!

In the end, we backed out of that purchase as the sellers solicitor wasn’t willing to change the legal work and Claire managed to get the second house boxed off in about 10 weeks.

Although she would have been well within rights considering that she’d done a substantial amount of work on the first purchase she didn’t take any liberties with her final bill. And to be fair we pestered her a lot and must’ve been quite annoying (sorry!)

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and I recommend C Wilson solicitors to everyone I know that’s planning on moving.
