I've recently had my will done by Hazel at Browns Solicitor's. It was really easy to do and Hazel was extremely professional. A mention of Jasmine who handled all the admin and emails.
I highly recommend Browns.

Had a meeting with Jane about a family law matter. Some useful practical advice was given, but at times felt there was a lack of empathy and emotional awareness given my circumstances, at times felt quite condescended to which was disappointing. Having had consultations with other lawyers about my circumstance, this was the first time I was left feeling this way.

Fantastic service from Browns. Jane is not a typical solicitor she makes you feel comfortable and really cares about her clients.

Wouldn’t even give Hazel one star.
My brother and I instructed them to deal with probate after the unexpected loss of our father.
First consultation no complaint but everything instructed was lost in her apparent lack of note taking. Attitude unexceptionable. Absolutely no remorse or empathy. When we tried to help with matters, Hazel’s formal response was insulting.
If you want a solicitor to deal with probate and have no emotion. Crack on. If you are going through an unexpected loss like us as early middle aged adults, our experience of Hazel when we was grieving won’t be forgotten. She just added to the grieve we was already trying to overcome.
Obviously a something experienced previously by Warren previously.
Would not recommend this solicitors at all for probate. No empathy to Hazel’s paying clients. Just totally rude.
