This review is entirely in an effort to prevent someone from being scammed by Kat and Richard Scott. This organisation acted in the conveyancing of a property and made several breaches throughout the process that resulted in the completion being delayed and incurring additional costs for all parties. To date, nearly 6 months later, Mr and Mrs Scott have refused to acknowledge the fault, have failed to respond to any attempts to open dialogue and have not engaged in any communication. Their service and the manner in which they communicate are appalling. Julian Creasey there compliance officer, is also a disgrace to his profession and refused to acknowledge any formal complaints.

Please do not take just this review for evidence, review Trust Pilot where they have had multiple complaints made against them for disclosing private details, loss of funds and poor handling of family matters.

I cannot thank Bromets Jackson Heath LLP enough for the outstanding service they provided throughout my matter. From beginning to completion, the professionalism, communication, and support were absolutely exceptional.

A very special thank you to Dawn Gyte, who has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed and I truly appreciate everything she did for me.

I would also like to thank Nick and the entire firm for running such a professional and trustworthy practice. It is rare nowadays to come across people who make clients feel genuinely valued and looked after.

Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish, and I can confidently say that any future business or legal matters I have will only ever be handled through their good hands.

The best bit of feedback I can give for Regan is that he’s not like a typical conveyancer! He doesn’t dress like one or conduct himself like one. He is genuine, down to earth and authentic. He works hard, has little ego and communicates in a straight forward manner.

With the sale of our property things didn’t start well because there were outstanding matters which were not addressed from the purchase some years ago, like registering the property with the Land Registry. This was also handled at the time by Bromet Jackson Heath so that was disappointing to say the least. Regan had to spend time dealing with these matters, which was frustrating for us and delayed what should have been a simple sale.

However, Regan sorted all that out in a typically calm and efficient manner. He clearly knows what he's doing and comes across as a genuine, conscientious young man. He did a good job for us and he wasn’t expensive. We liked him as a person. And that’s half the battle I think. I can recommend him to you.
