As we approach our 1 year anniversary of moving to our new home, i was reflecting on our experience and realised that i forgot to add a review for our solicitors.

We felt that our experience with Brett Holt, and more specifically with Hannah, was perhaps the least painful part of the buying/selling process. Hannah always kept us in the loop and told us what we could expect from her/Brett Holt and the process.
When we had anxieties or questions, Hannah calmly talked us through the process and explained in laymen's terms the more complicated aspects. Even though Hannah wasn't always available, she ensure that she got back to us as soon as possible and always made time to speak or meet with us when requested.

The nature of conveyancing isn't always straight forward and comes with many challenges...depending on the property, often the clients expectations are very high based on the high stress situation which increases the volume of questions and calls etc, but based on how our buyer's solicitors were and the experience of one of my friends (whose own solicitor delayed her move by not communicating directly with her at all), I think we struck gold. The service we received excellent and goes a long way to making the experience less stressful.

Amazing!! I have brought a home and sold a home with different solicitors so this is my 3rd time using solicitors and I can’t explain how amazing they are. Julie and the team are so friendly, so efficient, they managed to complete the purchase of my house within 2 months. We have used Brett Holt Solicitors several times over the last 40 years, so went to them for the conveyancing on selling our house and purchasing a new one.
