Do not use these solicitors, they caused untold misery for my brother in law, also the couple that is buying his property and the couple that are buying theirs. This is due to the fact that they did complete the transfer of deeds to the land registry correctly and now three families are going to lose their new homes, because of them. They have been contacted a number of times, myself, Jeff's new solicitors and the estate agents acting for the sales to complete the outstanding documents and they have ignore us. Useless.
