Tim was recommended by the estate agent selling my medieval property in Canterbury. Thank goodness they did! Tim was the perfect solicitor to deal with the challenges of what turned out to be a rather fraught sales process, particularly because of the age of the property and the over zealous and unreactive buyer's solictor. Tim dealt with all the issues, queries etc raised by their solicitor quickly and in a very friendly, efficient manner. Throughout the whole process, he was patient and reassuring which undoubtedly kept my stress levels in check!

My experience of solicitors engaged to support the many house moves over the years has been, at it's best, adequate. None have ever gone over & above, it has always seemed like they are going through the motions & actually didn't care that much whether the sales were completed or not.
That is until my father-in-law engaged Brachers & we were assigned Tim Lancaster. Why any different? Well Tim seemed to care; always quickly responsive to queries/concerns answering in plain English to make things easily understandable for us.
