BOWDEN JONES LTD

Do not use this solicitors. I promised myself I’d write this once I was finally free from prison again.

When I was interviewed by police I was unfortunately given these guys. During my police interview. The solicitor from
Bowden Jones said ‘If I say no comment then I will be remanded into custody (despite it being my first time in trouble and the fact I’d of been bailed no matter what - but at the time I didn’t realise this) however he said if I talk and tell my side of the story I will get bail..

So Bowden Jones solicitors said to the guy who’s never been in trouble before ‘Admit to what you have done and you’ll get bail, say no comment and you’ll be remanded’

Being new to police interviews I followed his advice (I shouldn’t of, I should of said no comment - always no comment as police aren’t trying to help you)

Bowden Jones basically work for the police..

Then months later on a new charge he lied to my face. I was going to plead not guilty as I was being recalled anyway. And he said to me ‘Say guilty today and you’ll get 8 weeks, do your 8 weeks and go home’

I said, but won’t I be on recall anyway? And he said no if you plead guilty now you do your 8 weeks and go home’

This was a blatant lie and he simply wanted me to plead guilty..

I no longer use this firm, I use someone better, I’ve also had my criminal education during my first ever time in prison.. Bowden Jones are guilty of false representation and they literally work for the police

They aren’t interested in you or your court case, there only interested in the court, being best friends with the judges and the prosecution.

Bowden Jones are basically police officers.. I have no reason to lie I came to share my personal story and warn others about the corrupt Bowden Jones

Hands down the worst firm i have ever used! Avoid at all costs. Nobody in this firm has a clue. I have been waiting for 8 weeks for a response and still nothing. They refuse to help and cant not understand how this firm is still in business! If you are using this firm or plan on using them i would highly recommend you not to! Absolute waste of time

Horrendous in every way. Would not recommend using Bowden Jones under any circumstances. Far & away the worst service I've received from an organisation in years. No communication, slower than slow to get anything done, rude, dismissive, rogue, the list goes on..... Don't be fooled by positive reviews from a few years ago. Bowden Jones are TERRIBLE!

Just dreadful - absolutely appalling customer service, treated like an irritation rather than a paying client. Little to no communication meaning having to chase and chase to get anything done. Made a stressful selling and buying process 1000000 x worse. Wouldn’t ever use them again or recommend them. Avoid!
