Jim Hickey made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant experience a very problem free one.
He was very communicative and did his utmost to ensure that the sale of our house went through smoothly. He dealt efficiently and promptly with queries put forward ( often the same ones) by our buyers conveyancing firm.
As well as being extremely efficient he also has a great sense of humour.
