BOURNE JAFFA & CO INCORPORATING THE FORMER PRACTICE OF WILD & CO

We visited Bourne Jaffa & Co following a referral from a family member. Given that it was a trusted recommendation, I did not look at Bourne Jaffa & Co's reviews as I would normally do. Now that my legal work has been completed and while adding my own review, it's hard to believe the negative reviews which have been left for Bourne Jaffa and Co are for the same firm which I used.

My own experiences with every aspect of Bourne Jaffa & Co's services could not have been better. The solicitor assigned to me (Ms E Gold) was professional, courteous and clearly very experienced as well as knowledgeable. The administration staff within the practice were also excellent. Diligently passing on messages and returning calls as appropriate. In fact Bourne Jaffa & Co delivered above and beyond for every element of the services they offered. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend everyone at Bourne Jaffa & Co for all that they do. Thank you.

Terrible company, no response to several emails even when through a solicitor. Will be referring to the financial ombudsman.

I had some independent legal advice and paid £300 to Graham Perigo. Unfortunately,the sale fell through so I needed the same form completing but with the new address. So in essence an admin task which Graham insisted was another £300. A bit of a rip off if you ask me so I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have been chasing information for my late sisters estate now since April. Gemma Colgan has been emailed and never replied, a general email enquiry has been sent on a number of occasions and no reply has been sent. I have called multiple times and received either no reply, an answer phone service where I have left details but no follow up has been given, or simply no answer.

I would highly recommend people avoid this company. They clearly are not bothered in keeping in contact with you. If I could zero star the service I would.
