Incredibly grateful to Kirsty for all her efforts assisting me with the purchase of my first house. We have used Borlase & Co. for conveyancing services in two residential property purchases, both of which were lengthy, and one unusually complex. Both represented good value considering they are a fixed cost and the amount of time that went into them!

For both of these transactions we were represented by John Rutherford, who was endlessly professional, responsive and gave sensible, 'human' advice when we were struggling with silly issues raised by a surveyor.

Also, I work long hours during the week, and so can't make time for ad-hoc calls/meetings which was a challenge with a previous solicitor. I found that John was available and responsive via email absolutely key to keeping things moving, and getting us into our new home!
