AVOID THIS COMPANY if you use them and have the unfortunate event that you get MADELEINE DIMATTEO then your in for a shock she is absolutely usless my son gave permission for me to deal with his affairs why he is in prison she refuses to tell me anything and even blocked me what sort of solicitor does this the people in the office are absolutely brilliant apart from Natalie she needs to learn some manners also she puts the phone down on you think she needs the sack its just MADELEINE DIMATTEO who is the worst solicitor i have ever known even told me people would be in court for my son and nobody turned up absolutely usless she is

Wasted my time - one of the partners had me calling for weeks just to change their mind and had their secretary tell me that there is a complaints procedure in their website if I am unhappy. Yes, I am unhappy, but I will not waste my time finding your complaints procedure. Take this review instead.

Fantastic Law Team
My Son has been represented by a member of the Wells Burcombe team. Her name is Tristan Tydings and she is amazing. I know within any firm it is a team effort but Tristan Tydings was my Sons contact throughout his application for appeal. When no one else could be bothered to fight his corner Wells Burcombe and Tristan Tydings picked up the baton and ran with it to its conclusion. Every step of the way emails were answered, telephone calls made when promised, we were kept informed every single step of the way. My Son and all of our family cannot praise and thank this firm enough. They love a challenge and give a 100% honest opinion on your case. No false hopes.
