A very efficient & professional service provided by Tim at Biscoes. We had an online meeting to discuss our Will and then visited their offices to sign/witness it. I'm not quite sure how to put my gratitude into words, when I first met with Kevin Richardson  I'm sure we both felt a gentle nudge with his expertly written letters would be sufficient to settle the dispute over my late Father's Estate, little did we know of the fight ahead !

A fight which was hampered by the unprecedented  restrictions due to the pandemic, which added  delays to the court  dates and how hearings were conducted  added to this the unbelievable behaviour and obstruction  by family members turning the situation into quite a complex case.

Throughout Kevin Richardson remained calm, supportive and acted appropriately, promptly and firmly when required, I'm sure like me there are many who are very reluctant to go legal with their own family to settle probate but I can honestly say I would not have achieved the outcome we did if it wasn't for Kevin's knowledge and expertise,  Charlotte's swift actioning of dictations and letters and the full support of Biscoes. Tim really helped us with professional legal advice for a mortgage deed during lockdown after we were turned away by most of his local competitors and had very limited time to get it done. The advice was for my partner so I was not present at the time but I heard was very good indeed and Tim was a jolly nice chap. Can throughly recommend and thank you.
