They are acting for the sellers of the property we are purchasing, and the service has been extremely slow. Communication has been poor, with a lack of responsiveness despite repeated chasers from both our solicitors and the sales progression team. A single outstanding questionnaire has now been delayed for almost two weeks, causing unnecessary hold-ups in the process. There appears to be little regard for the urgency of the transaction or the impact these delays have on all parties involved.
