We sold our house with Birch and co. We found the entire experience to be professional and extremely helpful. Everything was clear and explained throughout. All interactions with the staff at birch and co, was excellent. We would highly recommend birch and co to anyone wanting a solicitor.

I emailed via their website with an enquiry and didn't receive a response. A couple of days later I contacted them via live chat (with a real person, not a chatbot) and she took all of my details and said someone would contact me. A few days later I'm still waiting so they obviously don't need my business.

After over a year of working with Birch & Co on a family law matter, I became so frustrated that I changed to another solicitor. The urgency of my case was made clear on day one, yet it took months to do anything and even then only ONE letter was sent in a year. No advice was provided, no guidance on the process, meaning I have essentially wasted a year. It would take weeks to get a response on queries, when I called up he seemingly had no idea who I was and what we had agreed last time we spoke. I would suggest that if they are too busy to take on new work then they shouldn't bother.

Recently used Birch &Co for the sale of mum’s house. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They guided us through the process , kept in contact and answered our questions. Everything went smoothly which reduced our stress levels. I would recommend their service if you are thinking of buying or selling a property.
