I wouldn't recommend this company they know nothing about family law I went to this solicitors back in January about my case and Mr Steve only started my case in may 2026 he shouted at me on the phone just for asking a question they are rude very aggressive and there behaviour is unacceptable if you want a good lawyer don't GO Here i have reported this company to SRA and the legal ombudsman and to the legal aid agency for the way they handle my case I was telling him how to do his job

This Man called Mr Steve, completely has no knowledge about family law, in particular children matters. This man is a complete let down, disaster in my view, and I doubt if he really studied family law. He knows nothing, he caused me a lot of damage to my case as soon as I instructed him to deal with a family case, he is the worst of all family lawyer I have encountered. He is slow, weak, dull, can’t communicate fluently and lack experience dealing with complex issues. Be warned members of the public not to rely on Steve the owner of the firm. You will regret it just the same way I am regretting to date.

I had only just popped in to drop off their post (as it was mistakenly posted to my mother's address) and asked to use their printer.

During my short time here, Tahn allowed me to print out a postage label and an invoice for an item I sold online...Tahn was: friendly, polite, positive, professional, and helpful...

For me, what was most important was that even though I wasn't a client of this company, I was still made to feel as though I was important to them! 🙂

I had a very bad experience with this firm. I found them disrespectful, unfriendly and unsupportive.
Lack minimum levels of communication and professionalism.
Uneasy to deal with, patronising aggressive attitude
You definitely do not need this when you're desperate for help which you pay for in advance and it is not cheap at all.
As the time passed over, the bad qualities became clearer and clearer.
Awful.
