I called the firm today with a view to potentially using them for an upcoming hearing. The lady who answered the telephone was extremely rude. Once I said I wasn’t an existing client, She just said “We are not taking new clients at the moment” and hung up without me even getting chance to speak. Her tone was dreadful. She didn’t even say goodbye or anything before hanging up the phone.
I truly hope that their solicitors are better than their administration staff.

Would never recommend this company awarded my appeal by a criminal judge yet restricted as they lost crucial case evidence , if your referred on to semi retired solicitor it's a legal requirement for senior partner to oversee the case. Now Bar Pro Bono are getting me a representive as a IVA is also on my leasehold garage selling to get away from the Narsasitic pyschopath all evidence of legal errors & conveyance & broker fraud is with BPB today. No way with another woman suffer at the hands of this so called IT consultant with Data Protection.
