I used berry smith to sell my business in a share sale of my company and the freehold.
Excellent support and contact throughout with various team members on all aspects of the deal, with refinancing several properties too. This was all taken care of under one roof.
Nothing was too much of a problem and Paul Evans and the rest of the team were available at nearly all parts of the day whenever I needed them.
Very professional and approachable, I will definitely be using their services for any legal work in the future and and property work.

I used Berry Smith following recommendation from a work colleague (just as a note, everyone else I asked who had done it recently said they wouldn't use their conveyancers again and I didn't use the ones for my first purchase again).
I have just completed my house sale and purchase of a new property. Those dealing with my case, Sophie and Christina, were very responsive to emails or any queries I had. They were proactive where they needed to be and even though there was some issues in the chain by other members of it, and my buyer solicitor going silent a couple of times, they kept me up to date.
It was a multi person chain involving first time buyer status of some parties and buying of a leasehold flat for complexity sake
