A family member tried contacting them about a change in ownership to which they sent forms back generically, names spelt incorrectly, and overall just incredibly lazy and unhelpful. We have decided to go elsewhere due to their lack of giving a fluff.

Good experience when BRGP recently acted for us on sale/purchase of property. Clearly a very busy time for all involved in the property market with the stamp duty holiday but we were all done in 8 weeks - couldn't believe it.

Phone contact was minimal but BRGP were typically very responsive to emails. Particular thanks to Lynn and Heather who were fantastic throughout.

Reasonably priced - would recommend

My experience has sadly been quite negative. As a first time buyer it has made things quite stressful and I would not recommend the Worle branch’s services. The receptionists are rude and will speak over you. There has been poor communication and several oversights due to not checking paper work properly including adding an extra £10k onto the purchase price, finding out search results were back and we needed to make an appointment with them from the seller’s estate agent, asking questions regarding fuel to be left which was already in the seller’s legal pack, not using initiative to phone my work phone number on completion day to get authorisation leading to the entire chain being held up. And most recently, just being sent a document which we should have had at purchase time which meant we would not have bought the property. Disappointed and now quite stressed with the ‘service’ provided.

I have used BRGP (Maggie Hayward in particular) on three occasions for conveyancing work related to both domestic and buy to let property and have found the service to be acceptable as well as reasonably priced.
The reception manner has been a bit abrupt at times but they always get the job done.

Worse than useless in my personal experience and my personal experience they take incompetence to a new level, the 100 years war possibly was easier to get progress on.
Tried another law firm near sea front and they were far far more competent.
I believe my review to an be accurate and truthful experience.
