I would not recommended these solicitors at all. We have been trying to sort something with them regarding my fathers will for 12 months now. Still not sorted. Never return your calls don’t reply to emails mail box is now full when trying to leave a message. Online call me request form not working and now post is getting turned away. Absolute disgrace.

Avoid This Solicitors Firm at All Costs!

I cannot stress this enough — avoid this company if you value your time, peace of mind, or justice. They have been handling my husband's case for over two years, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

There has been zero communication throughout the process. You can expect to wait months for even the most basic response. We had to constantly chase them for updates, only to be ignored or brushed off. After a year and a half, they hadn’t even managed to take a witness statement — a basic step that should have been done early on.

Their lack of professionalism and urgency has caused unnecessary stress and delays. We now have no confidence in their ability to handle the case competently. It feels like they’ve been stringing us along, wasting time and potentially jeopardising the outcome.

I’m at the point where I will be reporting them to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Legal Ombudsman, and leaving reviews wherever I can to protect others from going through the same ordeal.

Please, do yourself a favour — choose a solicitor who actually communicates, cares, and takes your case seriously. This firm has been utterly disappointing and should not be trusted with anything important.
