Pretty terrible. Only care about money not about the individual they represent. If you are disabled and mentally ill like me they make no attempt to help with admin. Strung me along for 4 months and then dumped me because my autism is too accute to function to get the admin stuff they need.
I only had six months to claim and they've dumped me nearly at the end of that window. I may not ever get justice now because of these people.

total disgrace dragged my cases on for 14 months then dropped them by using my mental health as an excuse to drop the cases citing mistrust in them do not use them they cannot be trusted and left me looking for another solicitor with a limited timeframe to proceed
