I called them on last Friday to book appointment for Tuesday. The woman said would be better if I make before 3.30pm but I said I leave work 3.30pm therefore I can make sure I will be there 4pm and she said that’s ok. I called them and make sure it’s on, as I was driving from work at Wirral and I give all the details she asked me in 16min and I was half way there but they said we cancelled the appointment. What a horrible waste of time driving half way plus the traffic and very disappointing service. They did not even send a confirmation or email or anything either. Absolutely horrible!!!

Highly recommendable firm, my brother and I had a wonderful experience with one of their colleagues Harry Cain who was extremely polite, considerate, and thoughtful as he went through each step of the process in dealing with our case.

I received great service from BLJ in all aspects of the house sale and purchase I made. They gave clear instructions and helpful guidance from beginning to end, making what could have been a complicated process much easier to digest and understand.

This was our first contact with BLJ and were impressed by the automatic system in place to provide with information and procedural steps, but we also felt accompanied throughout the process from the beginning to the end through a good personal communication. We would also like to mention David, who did the conveyancing for us in a professional and friendly manner, which was paramount, since due to reasons unrelated to our side, the process extended longer than expected, which raised doubts and concerns for us about the success of the operation, but he kept us afresh and responded patiently and encouragingly, while permanently fighting our corner until the completion of the process. David was thorough throughout every step, and we feel confident everything was done following the rules, guidelines and regulations, essential for peace of mind. We are massively grateful and would definitely recur to him and BLJ again for any future operation.
