Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional and honestly a complete waste of time, money and effort. We’ve been waiting for months just to get simple things processed, and every single time we call, we get the exact same excuse — “someone will call you back later today.” Not once has anyone actually called back. It’s just constant false promises and being passed around with no real answers or updates.

Communication is shocking. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and the woman answering the phones was no help whatsoever. She couldn’t give clear or professional answers to even basic questions and sounded just as confused as we were. Every interaction feels disorganised and careless, like customers are just being ignored and brushed off.

The whole process has been nothing but stress, hassle and disappointment. We’ve wasted so much time chasing them for updates that should have been given without us having to constantly call. For the amount of money they charge, the service is beyond unacceptable. There’s no urgency, no accountability and absolutely no customer care.

If you value your time, money and peace of mind, avoid this company entirely. There are far better and more professional businesses out there that actually communicate with their customers and do the job they’re being paid for. This company has been nothing but frustration from day one and I genuinely regret ever dealing with them.

She was very quick in her email responses and emailing me any updates, very quick on sending out paperwork, and made selling my home, and purchasing a new home a very stress - free experience!
