Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the service I received. Communication could have been better and I felt there was more that could have been done to progress the matter.

Whilst I appreciate not every case will be successful, I came away with the feeling that my case was not pursued as robustly as it could have been.

Based on my experience, I would not use the firm again.

Very poor communication.

Case deemed unlikely to succeed because they went after the wrong party and didn’t have the sense to find the liable party, yet a good (granted a paid) solicitor just secured £23k damages within 3 weeks, and that’s the first offer.

Heard good things before retaining them, but with experience i would definitely not recommend.

Beacon law was extremely helpful and supportive with my situation. Kept me updated all of the time and are very empathetic and understanding. Sarah and Karen were amazing with everything they did and really helped me feel seen and I was right to be able to rely on them! Would recommend them to anyone, helped a bad situation be turned around for closure. Couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of their help and support!

Would not recommend this company at all. The lack of communication is a nightmare. My case was brought forward and I wasn't told, i contacted Sarah to make sure the trial was being held on the original date only to receive an email to tell me that the trial had been and gone and that I had lost. Sarah said she’d emailed me to tell me about the date change, she 100% did not email me.
Its not the outcome of the trial that I have an issue with, its the lack of communication. My case was not worth much money so you’ll probably find that if your case is worth a lot of money you’ll have a better experience.
