Absolutely outstanding service from my solicitor, particularly Sam and Caroline. After several months of ups and downs while buying my flat, they were there every step of the way, keeping me informed, answering my questions, and providing excellent support throughout. They were kind, professional, and incredibly dedicated, and thanks to their hard work I finally got over the finish line. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a property. I say this truly with my whole heart as someone who is in their 20s still learning about this whole “adult life” and “adult responsibilities” I struggled to understand certain things when it comes to buying a house and stressed over and over about it however my solicitors Sam and Caroline have done an outstanding job to keep me in the loop , constant emails regarding updates, news or just a simple reminder of things it was so lovely to see all the effort and time put into their customer. Sam and Caroline were brilliant, did all they could to navigate delays caused by the buyers mortgage brokers and the estate agents. It took over 5 months for us to complete. The one portal is helpful and we always got a prompt response to progress queries. Sam and Caroline were always quick to chase to the purchasers solicitors to get updates from them too. All in all, they kept on top of things. Thanks guys.

We had an incredibly difficult buyer, however David navigated the sale with a calmness and expertise that had us knowing we were in very safe hands. During conversations we never felt rushed, and David took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. Nia was assigned to our case very late during our purchase/sale however got up to speed very quickly and was so responsive and helpful to our questions. Would highly recommend Baker Ashley to anyone for their conveyancing needs.

As a first time buyer with a tight budget, I was completely overwhelmed with the choice of conveyancers to use for the purchase of my flat and reading reviews didn’t seem to help so I picked Baker Ashley on a whim and hoped for the best. That same day I received a call from the legal assistant explaining the process who was incredibly nice and helpful (Rachael). From there, I would say the email communication/updating on the online portal was not amazing however, when I called for an update there was always an answer and they were always very nice. My leasehold flat sale went through in 12 weeks which I was thrilled with.
So in short, efficient and budget friendly service but don’t rely on constant updates regarding the process.
Would definitely recommend /use again
