One star because I can’t go any lower. Paid them £1020 for a telephone consultation and 10 minute plea hearing. Despite offering further help they blatantly ignored 2 emails that I subsequently sent them, but managed to email a request for a further fee of £1560 to attend sentencing. We did not go ahead having lost confidence in them. After complaining, they conducted a biased inaccurate investigation which clearly found in their favour. Lesson learned. If I ever again need a solicitor I will shop around as I found out (sadly too late) that Baileys Law fees are massively inflated.

We had the pleasure of meeting Teresa Anderson in her role as Duty Solicitor earlier this week. She was across her brief within a few minutes and a very satisfactory outcome was achieved. A lovely empathetic lady - we would definitely recommend this company.
