My experience was good and I think following the process via the app was great. I knew what step I was at every stage. I think what might be beneficial is to leave more details at every stage of the process where there are delays etc. My solicitor did try to leave the communication channels open but I got more up to date information via the agent. However, it was a great service overall. I recommend!

We recently used Awdry Law when selling our house. Emily and Gemma were fantastic and made everything very easy. Their communication was great and we never had to chase once! The app that they has made everything very straightforward, no printing off masses of documents and scanning them back in!
