My experience with this firm started in a disappointing and confusing way. Receiving a call from Folu, during my initial phone call , I explained clearly that I am on Universal Credit and seeking representation through Legal Aid. Instead of first assessing my eligibility, I was told that I would need to pay for a consultation and that they could not help me.

Only later did I receive a follow-up call asking for the documents, which is inappropriate, as first she should have checked if I am eligible for the legal aid and after to ask for the tribunal documents,suggested that the initial information provided was incorrect. This inconsistency was unsettling, especially given the vulnerable position of clients seeking Legal Aid.

While the issue was later partially corrected, the initial approach lacked clarity and professionalism. I believe Legal Aid eligibility should always be assessed first before discussing payment or requesting documents.

Augustine Clements IS NOT the place to turn to for help with family law issues, especially if you're a mum. The solicitors there are anything but kind or helpful. Instead, they're rude and don't seem to know much about family law. One solicitor, Folu, was particularly disrespectful, asking me questions over and over again in a really rude way when I needed advice.

Take Folu for example—her disrespectful attitude and lack of professionalism are appalling. And The fim in general resorting to Facebook to drum up busines?That's just desperate. Don't waste your time or money on them—they're clearly out of their depth when it comes to family law.

Their solicitors,far from compassionate guides through tumultuous legal waters, are instead purveyors of rudeness and ignorance.

Overall, they're awful at family law and shouldn't be trusted to handle these kinds of cases.

Stay away from the scumbags we attended the office and We paid £120 consultation and we give a clear instruction on what we need and never heard from it back again. Waste of time and money personally I believe Scumbag.
