Absolutely horrendous service off both the receptionist and the solicitor with horrific contact considering how much money they are being paid to do a service. Has gone on holiday twice during the sale of land and not once rang the client to tell them almost losing the sale of the land in the process. If I could have left 0 stars I would have and I'm not even the client..

Dreadful service, delays and no communication. They did the conveyancing work for the person who bought my flat - unresponsive and neglectful and the buyer confirmed that. Everyone chased them to have the work completed (estate agent, my solicitor, the buyer) but they were very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with (confirmed by the estate agent and the buyer). My flat was finally sold more than 6 months after I accepted the offer and the delay was on Atkinson Ritsons side.
In the final part, just before the exchange, they decided to go on a long holiday, holding everything in suspension, without any explanation or assigning a deputy to fill in.
I advise thinking twice before hiring them.
