I needed to extend my lease, and from start to finish Rebecca was outstanding. She was incredibly quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely proactive, actively chasing and managing my matter whenever the other side were slow rather than letting things drift. What makes this all the more impressive is that she picked up my case midway through, after the original fee earner left, and you'd never have known it. She got up to speed immediately and kept everything moving without a hitch.
