Absolutely horrendous service from start to finish. Constantly had to chase up Ms. Owen at every single stage. Never ever in office or answers phone. Then holds you to ransom on aborted fees due to her laziness. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Treating clients without a respect. Did the job but made loads of unnecessary stress in a situation where more stress is not needed. Customer service 1/10

used emma for our conveyance 18months ago...on estate agent recomendation. well a straightforward 3 house chain was made a stressful nightmare..we had to chase weekly...unless we chased nothing got done ..the vendors estate agents bond oxborough phillips gave us more info than our own solicitors ...and we eventually had to book our removals for a monday before we had confirmation of sale on the previous friday by our solicitor...lits of unnecessary stress caused by uncaring solicitor.
