I’ve just completed on my house purchase and I would like to thank all the staff who went over and above to help me every stage of the journey. I can’t thank them enough, from Wendy in reception to Melisa who was outstanding and of course the boss Andrew. I would recommend to anyone who wants face to face service. A very big thankyou to Bradley and his team for making my experience for buying my first house very good. Bradley was very professional and made the buying stress free. We needed help with a probate and inheritance tax issue on our Dad's estate and also conveyancing. Having spoken to a number of solicitors in the area and further afield we found Andrew to be friendly, helpful and his advice easier to understand. I had no fear of asking 'silly questions'. His pricing was clearer than others I contacted and I didn't feel I was trying to 'extract' information from him or his team as I had with other companies when it came to pricing and queries. Bradley's help with conveyancing has been polite, efficient and swift. Their lovely PA was always very sympathic too. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew, Bradley and team.
