We received a brilliant service from Raquel and her team at AMD Solicitors. As a young, unmarried couple we had never written Wills before so we didn't know what to expect at first. However, we didn't need to worry as Raquel guided us through the
whole process in a friendly and professional manner - she explained different scenarios to us to ensure the Wills reflected exactly what we wanted and our future plans. We felt comfortable to ask questions about the Wills, and make changes, even if they were minor which put us at complete ease. She was very quick to respond to all emails & I rarely had to chase her up for anything - which I heard from friends is super rare. She would also keep me updated and in the loop with regards to the buyer’s solicitor/ flat management. The whole process was so smooth despite me being located in Tokyo abroad!
