Absolutely amazing service — I honestly can’t recommend AFG Law enough. As a first-time buyer, I expected the process to be stressful, but Rebecca Mannion and her team, Rebecca Coles and Jessica Critchley, made everything so fast and smooth from start to finish.
They were thorough, professional, and always so helpful, while also being lovely to deal with throughout. I was recommended AFG Law myself, and after this experience I completely understand why. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Four years after the death of my Uncle, I have had to watch my father be fobbed off and put to the back of the queue of other cases that this firm entrusted to a junior member of staff to settle the estate.
Whilst accepting that his estate was relatively complex (a house abroad, stocks and shares) I am unaware from family tales around the camp fire, of any buried treasure that would result in a delay of this level. If this is the reason for the delay, the lack of communication to convey this information leads one to believe that the carrier pigeons normally used for this purpose have all fled the nest.
Avoid at all costs.

I would not recommend at all. I used AFG Law for the sale of our house following a recommendation the estate agent. They were extremely cheap on the first quote (£500) and I did wonder how it was possible to deliver the work for that price. It became quite clear that it was due to putting two extremely inexperienced solicitors on the case. I don't mean that as an insult, they were both very friendly and did as much as they could but were inexperience, of their own admittance. We then had a complex matter come up with the property and I spoke to Rahil, one of the supervisors, who I found to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. He lied to me multiple times, attempted to gaslight me and did not like that I asked questions about the process. I was consistently told to 'leave it to the experts' though 'the experts' advised me that it was going to take 2 years and cost £2k to resolve the problem that had arisen and when I instead decided to switch lawyers it was resolved for less than half of what they quoted and in just 8 months, which would have likely been even quicker if not for some delays with the other party. I suspect one of two things happened with the quote for the second piece of work, they either over-quoted it because they didn't want my business as I wasn't a nice quiet client or they hook people in with the £500 price following the estate agent referral and then look to recoup as much as possible if anything non-standard arises. If you have a super straight forward purchase/sale and are happy to ask no questions and work with inexperienced lawyers you'll probably be okay and you'll get a good price. If you have any level of complexity and you want to be involved in the process, kept up to date and get honest answers to the questions you are asking then, based on my experience, I would not recommend AFG.

AFG law came highly recommend by a member of our family.
I was faced with a very difficult and emotional family situation and didn't know where to go and receive the help I needed.
The service provided clearly demonstrated the expertise , knowledge and skills delivered by Marie, Rebecca and the ladies on reception .
I felt supported throughout by telephone calls, emails and a pre court meeting ensuring that I understood the options available to me.
The matter was resovled in a timely manner with a positive outcome.
The situation was made so much easier knowing you acted in my best intrests .
A huge "Thank you " to you all .
I would not hesitate to recommended AFG law or use your services again if required.
