We got Adam to write us Terms and Conditions for our new tutoring platform. There were very complex aspects of bookings, cancellations and payments. Adam understood everything we explained and was able to translate them into T&Cs with ease. We had an initial meeting where we explained what we did and how we wanted everything to work, he gave us advice on what we needed to be transparent about through our website, booking process and emails. We had another meeting to clarify a few nuanced things before he sent us a full first draft which we went through and gave feedback on. He sent us a finished drafts shortly after. The T&Cs are superb and Adam was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.
