His fees were very competitive and, after comparing several solicitors, were the best value we found. Whenever we needed to contact him, he was always approachable and responded promptly, which made what can be a stressful process much easier.

AF Barker & Co may be a smaller firm, but that’s exactly what we liked. With larger conveyancing companies, you often have to speak to several different people before you can reach the person dealing with your case. At AF Barker & Co, this wasn’t the case at all. We had a personal service and knew exactly who to contact whenever we had a question.

This is a real, correct, and ongoing experience, do not hire this guy. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Marco, the property solicitor handling the sale I'm currently involved in. Although I'm not dealing with him directly, he has been completely unresponsive throughout the process. My solicitor has been waiting for over two months for responses to enquiries, and neither the seller nor their agent have been able to get in touch with him. It's been a frustrating experience, made worse by the fact that Marco has been less than truthful about the situation. I feel it's important to share my experience to caution others who might be considering his services. Utterly unprofessional and uncommunicative!

It was a pleasure working with Marco. We purchased a full renovation project that was far from straightforward - with ongoing back and forth around the mortgage, surveys, and negotiations.

Very disappointing experience. Marco has been holding the process up and there has been a complete lack of communication throughout. Updates are not provided unless constantly chased, and even then there is little clarity or progress. This has caused unnecessary frustration and delays for everyone involved. I would not recommend based on this experience.
