We were nervous first-time buyers and completed in 3.5 months (including 2 weeks of Christmas closure, ~2 weeks of agent's delays, and a few weeks of delay by surveyor). We felt very confident in the communications we received from Victoria and Lindsey. If something did not go correctly (due to other solicitors or agents in the chain), we were kept apprised.
