We used SE Solicitors on the purchase of our house and land. I regret using SE Solicitors as they made the experience far more stressful and difficult than it should have been.
Harriet's communication was slow, poor, disorganised and missing information. We had to chase multiple times and ended up having to go and sit with Harriet to go through our file with her to see what she had that she had not shared. The lack of due diligence, care and organisation made the purchase feel challenging and we ended up in a situation where we had no confidence we had the information we should have, and no confidence that anything was done correctly.
I would not recommend SE as our experience was incredibly poor and fell far below that we have ever previously encountered when buying and selling property.
