Calls go un-returned, emails go un-answered, at times it felt like they were completing one step per week, recieve an enquiry on monday then not passing it on until late on friday afternoon.
In the end, we had us a conveyance, but just as in the green mile execution scene, it was not pretty.

By far the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The whole process dragged on for many months, full of stress, delays and constant chasing. Nicola Roberts and her team were uncooperative from start to finish and created unnecessary obstacles at every stage. The purchase only went through thanks to the estate agent, who had the knowledge and determination to push things forward. Without his support, their incompetence would have cost me the house.

The experience was complete chaos. They even demanded proof of residence for the very property I was in the process of buying. I had to send the same documents several times, and on top of that they kept adding extra charges. In the end, I paid around 80% more than what was originally agreed.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from RMNJ Solicitors - Nicola Robertsand her Team – absolutely shocking service.
