I’ve used this firm twice in the last ten months for conveyancing and on both occasions they’ve been exceptional - very friendly, professional and clearly experts in their field. I’ve even recommended them to friends and would highly recommend them to anyone. Catherine (in Sales) and Victoria (in Purchasing) are excellent.

If you are a seller and your buyer is using this company then my advice is to look for another buyer who uses a traditional solicitor which may or may not be more expensive for them but is well worth it for a smooth transaction.
They are basically like a call centre where your solicitor calls them and gets different people all the time.
8 months on we are still waiting for the sale to go through which is holding the chain up,I don't know what the buyer thinks but we are totally unimpressed by this company so wouldn't recommend their services.

Great solicitors for conveyancing. As a first time buyer, I had lots of questions throughout the process and Lizzie was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions patiently. Even when issues arose with the other party, Lizzie handled them professionally, keeping my best interests in mind and ensuring all due diligence was carried out. Sal and Monika did my conveyancing for sale and purchase. Sal was really efficient and stood up to the other sides’s solicitors when there was nonsense going on. Sal has great attention detail and is very knowledgeable. He achieved my move within 6 weeks.
