We recently used this firm for our property sale. The process itself was smooth and completed without delays, which we appreciated.

However, the overall customer service was disappointing. Aside from the receptionist, who was always lovely and helpful, we were made to feel like an inconvenience on multiple occasions by the solicitors assistants. As this was our first time going through a property sale, we would have really valued clearer guidance, but the process was never properly explained to us instead we were made to feel a bother when asking questions which may be straightforward to a solicitors but all very new to us.

We also had to chase for updates several times after being told we would receive information, which added unnecessary frustration. Given the significant amount we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and support.

For that reason, I would be hesitant to recommend.

We used Halsall’s & Co for the purchase of our first home - the team were amazingly helpful and responsive throughout. We’d been warned that we would have to be chasing our solicitors for things and that just wasn’t our experience at all. They always responded quickly and kept us informed the entire time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solicitor on the Wirral!

Outstanding solicitors, highly professional during the entire conveyancing process, very knowledgeable and covered every aspect of purchasing a house. Their enquiries to the seller were comprehensive, and they kept up regular contact.

I have recently used Halsalls for 2 sales and a property purchase. The service by Carl, Mandi & Sarah was above and beyond and communication excellent. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other Solicitors but Halsalls have been fantastic.. Would not use any other Solicitor for conveyancing in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish for an excellent price. As first time buyers we were amazed at how simple and clear the conveyancing team made the process. Communication was great, the whole team were so friendly and easily contactable. Carl was incredibly thorough without making the process any longer and despite the other side causing some delays we were able to complete the process more quickly than we had hoped.
