Really rude and unprofessional. Called with an enquiry and the call handler asked if I needed a DDX number - I explained no idea what she was talking about and I am making an enquiry to a legal matter. She sighed on the phone very loudly, was not interested in speaking with me. I called the mobile number displayed and believe I got through to the owner. I advised her that her call handler was not with it and was rude whilst making an enquiry. Surely feedback the owner would need as it is her business. She refused to help me and discuss my enquiry.

Velma is just the best. I had a motoring issue and thanks to her it was solved immediately and the result was completely out of this world. I’m still wondering if this is a dream and I’ll wake up!!! Thanks Velma, from the bottom of my heart, you’re a star!

Velma was fantastic. She helped me get my driving ban squashed and reduced my original fine by £700. The court disqualified me from driving for having 12 points. I panicked and contacted Velma, she got the court to reopen my case and a new hearing within a week.
She persuaded the court to only give me the original 3 points for speeding (instead of 6 for not identifying the driver) and give me my license back. She also gave me £250 back because she didn’t have to argue my defence as much as she was expecting. Absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough, especially if you have driving offences your worried about.
