Used these solicitors on and off for a few years if I need any free advice . But they have gotten worse and worse . For a solicitors firm to be rated as low as tuckers and for there to be 0 improvement in 3 years is worrying . Can never get through to not just my solicitor but any solicitor . Leave my number on numerous occasions and never had a call back . EVER.
Never seen a solicitor more then once. Haven't helped me with a phone theft thats happened to me from a ex partner. Didnt help me on how to make a formal report. Despite me asking while in custody with all the proof on my phone.
Have 0 updates for me regarding my bail.
When I ask they dont pick up or there isn't a solicitor available?
Been very patient with Tuckers but the lack of professionalism from them over the years have been actually quite worrying .
I dont know where most of their solicitors get their degrees but they need checking !
AVOID at all cost people .
No help , no advice , no care , no professionalism, no respect for you or even their own firms name .

Truly worrying solicitors firm.

I attempted to sign up as a new client today. Phoned the number listed on Google in the morning and was told no appointment was required as a paralegal would be available.

I then left work early to go and visit the solicitor only to find no one was in the office. All were working from home or busy. The receptionist (for the building not the solicitors) was very helpful and put me in touch with Their listed number, which was answered by someone in Manchester!

He then asked me to explain a sensitive case/allegation to him over the phone in the middle of reception or he could not sign me up as a new client.

Awful service and probably speaks to their standard of care for the existing customers.
