Probably the worst solicitors I’ve ever dealt with in a chain. Moira who is a PARTNER in the business seemed to enjoy delaying the 2 house chain which took over 4 months to complete, she wouldn’t give any updates to the chain and made the overall experience more stressful than it needed to be. She would say she’s not been emailed by the above chain of solicitors, not aware she needs to exchange contracts on certain days when the emails had been sent, sent documentation via the post to third parties which is crazy to me when we have access to internet which again added unnecessary delays. The lack of reviews to me also speaks volumes regarding their level of service. I would AVOID using Isherwood & Hose as a buyer or a seller and it would definitely put me off selling someone using this establishment if I was selling to someone again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Moira came recommended to me by several friends and customers, I've used Moira on a few occasions now and she's very straight to the point, sometimes I didn't like what she was telling me but that's what makes her good at her job, doesn't fill your head with rubbish or lead you along just to line her pocket, Moira is brilliant, I always recommend her to my customers and friends now.

We have used these solicitors for house conveyance twice now. Proffessional, speedy, hassle-free and great communications at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Only left 1 star because there is no option to leave none.Two receptionists extremely rude, unhelpful and their attitudes absolutely stink. Especially the red haired girl (sorry didn't catch her name as she was being rude to me)They both need another profession, one in which they don't have to deal with the public. Would never use this solicitors again, simply so i don't have to deal with them again.
